    Returns and Exchanges Policy

    All items are made to order according to the customer's specifications in terms of color, personalization, etc. Due to the high level of customization with every single order, we cannot accept returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

    We gladly accept returns and exchanges if there is an error on our end.

    To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, please contact us within four (4) days of delivery.
    You must ship items back within seven (7) days of delivery.

    The buyer will receive a return label via email for damaged items on the seller's part. 

    If the buyer damages the item, changes his/her mind, or wants to make an exchange because of the wrong size ordered, then the buyer will pay for the return shipping label.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

    If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
