    Shipping Policy

    We usually ship (processing time) within 2-4 business days from placing the order.

    We ship mainly USPS and UPS, and below are the approximate shipping time after processing time:

    US Domestic: USPS Priority Mail takes 2 - 3 days, and USPS Priority Mail Express takes within two (2) days. International shipping can, in some cases, take up to three weeks.

    Outside of the busy holiday season, if the order queue allows, we will ship as soon as the next day. This schedule is not applicable during peak times or holidays. We will post the processing time on the website banner during busy seasons and holidays.

    If you have any questions about your order being shipped, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    All shipping fees are at the customer's expense unless otherwise specified by a promotion. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange and import/ customs fees for international shipments. We are not liable for any extra charges by the post office. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    After we ship (print your label), you will receive an email with the tracking number for the package attached. You can always track your order using the "Track Order" tab in the menu.

    Please allow 2-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

    If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that means the carrier has not processed it yet. Tracking events will populate the tracking page when the parcel is scanned into the system.

    Please make sure you are leaving the correct and full address. Suppose there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end. In that case, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.

    We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Returned orders will be donated to charities and not returned to our warehouse. Before contacting our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.

    For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
