HOW TO ORDER
✔️ Select your preferred color and size.
✔️ Upload your photo (PNG or jpeg format)
✔️ Add your message (if the message is too long, we will try to accommodate it on several lines)
✔️ Add to cart
✔️ Go back to the listing and add another sweatshirt until you are done adding all the sweatshirts you need for the Christmas party.
✔️ Checkout and place order.

How do I order?
Please follow the steps below to place an order:
1. Select the color and size of your garment.
2. Add your personalization.
3. Add to cart and return to the listing to add another garment (You will need to add 2 garments to the cart and checkout with 2 garments to receive a set)
4. Go to the cart and checkout.
Note: If you are submitting an image for the memorable image outline, expect to receive an email/text with the outline within 1-3 days. Please submit your changes within 24 hours of receiving your mockup. If we don't get any change requests, we will proceed with your order with the mockup we sent.
What images can I upload?
The nature of our business is built around couples and memorable events. We accept images with couples, family, or single-person images.
No nudity. The person submitting the image has to be 18 of age or older.
Submit your images in jpeg/png format.

We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason.
Are the garments true to size?
The general feedback for all our garments is that they run normally. However, please double-check the sizing chart before placing an order.
The garments are unisex, and the materials are 50/50 polyester/cotton.
What should I do if I have a problem with my order?
Due to the nature of the items being made to order and custom, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
However, if the items arrived damaged or you need a different size, please contact us. We will do our best to help you.

When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship within 2-4 business days from placing the order.
Outside of the busy holiday season, if the order queue allows us, we will ship as soon as the next day. This schedule is not applicable during peak times or holidays.
If you have any questions about your order being shipped, please don't hesitate to contact us.
When will I receive my items?
After we ship, you will receive an email with the tracking number for the package attached.
We usually ship Priority, so the actual delivery period within the US will be 1-4 days.
Please note that for international shipping, sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
You can always track your order using the "Track Order" tab in the menu.
What should I do if my package is lost?
If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us, and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. However, we cannot be responsible for it since we are not the ones doing the actual delivery. We use USPS and UPS.
If your package is marked as having been delivered, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
